So it has been a week since I signed up for a gym membership. I have yet to try out the equipments ( which are amazing by the way ). But I have been attending classes every night except Sunday.
I tried out Yoga / Zumba / Muay Thai. There are also Core Classes and BootCamp which I'll try later hahahahahhaha.
So far I enjoy Yoga a lot because I like to stretch and see how flexible my body is. Yoga sweats a lot btw.
Zumba is very fun , it's a dance type exercise with fast paced music and sweats buckets too.
Muay Thai requires a lot of strength and stamina because of the kicking and punching plus push ups and sit ups. But I enjoy them all.
I hope that I can keep this up and see how much progress I can achieve after one month. I need to lose some fats on my body hahahahhahahah.
Overall I feel healthier and my skin also got better. I don't feel that shy with my non make up face anymore because everyone at the gym sees it everyday hahahahhahaha !!
